Latest Satellite Images - 1 February 2013 - 04:32                                                         Next Passing Images - 12:59 AEST

Real time satellite images are received directly from the polar-orbiting NOAA satellites as they pass within range of Bellmere. This data is then processed from it's raw state into the images below. Bellmere is marked as a red cross and major cities are marked in orange. Click on an image to view the larger picture.

Note: The polar-orbiting satellites are approximatly 870km above the earth and travelling with a velocity of over 27,300kmph. Occasionally interference can occur in the reception of the satellite images, which will result in fragmentation of the image. If this occurs revisit this page after 12:59 AEST.
