Hardware
The weather station is a Oregon WMR200 with the instruments located on my roof in Bellmere, near Caboolture in South East Queensland, and they are approximately 14m (47 feet) above mean sea level. The receiver is connected to an HP Proliant server with automatic imports from the weather station software into a SQL Server database every two minutes. Two minute data is stored for one day, however five minute readings are kept for historical reporting and are manually imported to the main database every couple of days. Data
The first data recordings in the historical database occurred on the 9th February 2007 and the database currently contains 184289 individual weather recordings. UV Index reading commenced 26th August 2008 and Lightning readings commenced ***
